About me

Hi, my name is Liza and I can’t wait to meet you! I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a kid and am mostly self taught through trial and error. I graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Nutrition and began working with people one on one in 2016 as a nutrition coach. During this time I realized that the best way to help others reach their goals wasn’t through strict diets or by telling them to eat or not eat certain foods - the key was in finding out what flavors they enjoyed most, then building new dietary habits from there.

My coaching approach is all about finding out what works for you, listening and giving you the support you need.
